Accounts Payable Clerk (Part-Time)
Responsible primarily for processing invoices, verifying and filing supporting documentation, communicating with vendors, preparing reports, and cross-trained to support Intake data management. As a member of the Fiscal department, (s)he will also be responsible for following the appropriate internal controls, with fiscal compliance in all tasks. Skilled at using QuickBooks a major plus!

Case Management (Bilingual: English/Spanish)
This contracted position provides direct, ongoing support and expertise through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, linkage to resources, and overall evaluation and monitoring of individual and family needs. Must have at least 3-years’ experience in direct service working with parents and children. A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services preferred.

Parenting Class Facilitator (Bilingual: English/Spanish)
This contracted position teaches parenting classes on a range of topics concerning parent enrichment and behavioral-based development. Educational and/or professional experience in the areas of child development and parenting is required. You must be willing to work days and evenings, as scheduled, and to travel within the Lake County, Indiana region to conduct classes and workshops. Must have prior experience working with diverse families.

Resource Speakers
Resource speakers are volunteers who help create public awareness of, and educate on, Indiana Parenting Institute’s parenting education programs at events throughout Lake County, Indiana. Volunteers represent the organization at community fairs, and/or speak on behalf of the organization, as well as distribute materials and resources to the public.
